BMW chose the Autologica dealer management system for deployment throughout an entire automobile and motorcycle dealership network.
The BMW DMS project involved initial development work in order to include manufacturer-specific needs within the system, and a rollout and training plan to transition dealers onto their new automotive software solution.
The end result is that BMW dealers using Autologica now have multiple benefits:
- Luxury car dealers place a special focus on each customer and each vehicle, so they must keep a precise vehicle history on each car that is sold or that comes through the Service Department.
