What is email marketing?

Email marketing is the periodic communication via email with existing and potential customers, in order to maintain fluid contact and hopefully improve loyalty and increase sales.

With Newsletter Manager, you can easily create your own email marketing campaigns without the need for programmers, graphic designers or any technical knowledge.

Email marketing in 4 easy steps

Step 1.
Create your message

Choose a style: you can opt for a template from our library or create your own.

Templates can contain your logo, photos and dealership information that you wish to include in each campaign.

Enter the text and your message is ready.

Step 2.
Upload your contact list

Import your contact list from the following file types: Excel (.xls), CSV (.csv) or text (.txt).

You can also copy and paste email addresses, or enter them manually.

You can save a contact list for future emailings.

NL Manager lets you segment your contacts for increased effectiveness. It’s very easy to create groups and subgroups, and then send different emails to each set of contacts.

NL Manager also controls your list and finds duplicate and erroneous email addresses.

Step 3.
Send your campaign

Send your email marketing campaign with just one click.

NL Manager has anti-spam controls to help make sure your message gets delivered, and automatic bounce management to keep your email list clean.

Each email includes an “Unsubscribe” option, so recipients can request removal from future emailings anytime they want.

Step 4.
Track campaign performance

It’s important to know if a campaign is successful, and to compare campaigns to see which messages and layouts are more effective.

NL Manager lets the dealer analyze:

  • Open rate: How many people opened your email.
  • Click rate: How many clicked on a link within the message.
  • Bounce rate: How many “dead” emails are in your list.
  • Unsubscribe rate: How many people unsubscribed from your email list.
