The new software system allows vehicle dealers to increase and improve interactions with customers and prospects
September 15, 2010 - San Juan, Puerto Rico - Autologica, a specialist in business management software for automotive dealers and distributors (known as Dealer Management Systems or DMS), today announced the launch of a new version of its CRM tool, which is designed specifically for the industry.
CRM software is key in the automotive business because it helps dealers to focus their sales and marketing strategy on the client, providing accurate data on needs and preferences which then allows the sales staff to offer each client a product with higher added value.
The new version of Autologica’s CRM lets dealers increase interactions with customers and potential customers, in a simple and personalized manner. One of the most requested new features is the "service reminder", whereby the CRM system automatically contacts customers on predetermined dates to remind them that a recommended service is in order.
Another benefit is better control of prospects in order to improve the dealer’s conversion rate. The CRM allows dealers to easily segment prospects and send different messages to each group according to their specific needs. Personalized messages are sent automatically via email, or the system can create letters in Microsoft Word®.
The new version of the Autologica CRM also allows managers to monitor points of contact with each customer and prospect, in order to improve the effectiveness of the sales team.

The Autologica CRM is fully integrated with the company’s DMS solution, where all valuable customer information resides. The CRM does not require any external programs or data extraction processes. If the dealership has multiple branches, they can all share the same customer information in real time, without having to reenter data.
