Autologica technical staff constantly monitors hardware infrastructure and software installations to ensure high levels of availability.
Data backup
As part of the Autologica Sky DMS service, we provide a weekly backup of dealership data. Dealers can also request an optional daily backup service.
Security
Autologica Sky DMS data centers comply with the strictest security measures, including SAS 70 Type 2 certification. They have redundant capacity to ensure optimal performance. Dealer data is protected under the most restrictive policies possible.
High availability
Autologica Sky DMS data centers have a 99.5% average uptime.
Privacy
Autologica employees cannot access dealership data without formal consent from the dealer, and in these cases only for technical support issues. Once a support ticket is resolved, Autologica staff no longer has access to the data.
Data belongs to the dealer
If the dealer wishes, they can easily export their data to Microsoft Excel®, OpenOffice® and other popular formats, or request a copy of their database. When a dealer cancels their Autologica Sky DMS contract, they receive their data in a standard format at no extra charge.
