Just like with customers and suppliers, a vehicle is entered just once into Autologica Sky DMS, and is then accessible from every dealership, location, and department, eliminating duplicate data entry.
The vehicle or machinery record in Autologica Sky DMS displays comprehensive information for each unit, including code, VIN, brand, current owner, license plate, color, services performed, mileage, and hours of use recorded during the last service.
The history log provides a detailed view of all the actions and events involving the vehicle throughout its lifecycle.
With all this data, Autologica Sky DMS automatically calculates the estimated date for each vehicle’s next scheduled maintenance service. It then assigns sales representatives to contact the customer and offer the required service.
