Autologica Sky DMS enables the automatic and accurate management of exchange rate variations that occur between the generation of the invoice and when teh customer pays, simplifying the generation of the corresponding debit or credit notes. All automatically and error-free.
When receiving payments in local currency, no exchange rate difference will be generated. However, if a payment is applied to an invoice that is in foreign currency, an exchange rate may occur.
For example, if the invoice was issued with an exchange rate of $365.50 and the payment is applied using an exchange rate of $400, the difference will be calculated. In this case, a debit note will be automatically generated. If the difference is the other way around, a credit note will be generated.
Autologica Sky DMS includes reports that provide insights into A/R in both local and foreign currency, as well as identifying the exchange rate difference amounts in customer debt.
