Key Control Before Placing an Order
Once the purchase order is created in the DMS, a final report can be generated that allows you to analyze the entire order to understand:
- The sales level of each part over the past 12 months.
- Activity information for each part.
- Pending parts to customers.
- Other orders placed with suppliers that are already on their way.
This is a way to have a final control before sending the order to the OEM or supplier, to ensure that the order is consistent and that no part is requested incorrectly.
