As part of the launch of the integration between Autologica Sky DMS and the John Deere Customer Portal, we spoke with Bautista Aimetta, part of the Remonda Castro team, who told us about his experience with this innovative solution for customers.

“We have many orders for parts that arrive through the Portal, especially at our main office as well as at our San Martin branch, and we are very satisfied with the level of sales. Dealer Customer Portal is a website that allows John Deere dealers´ customers to find the parts they need and place orders. Customers can search for parts and see price and availability; this information is pulled from Autologica Sky DMS. Users can then add parts to the shopping cart, and choose a payment and delivery method. After confirming, the order is automatically generated in Sky DMS. In addition, the dealership’s customer can access JD Customer Portal to see the equipment they own, their service history, the history of payments and invoices, and the status of their current account.
