Global Receipt: Simplify Customer Payment Management
This feature allows you to generate a single receipt for a customer’s total outstanding balance across various account types (vehicles, services, parts, etc.). You can accept checks, credit cards and transfers in multiple currencies, and consolidate those balances into one comprehensive receipt.
With the Global Receipt feature, you can view all invoices paid across different account types and the payment methods used. Payments are recorded in the customer’s account, and the accounting is updated automatically.
