Vehicle Agents

The dealer will handle the purchase, invoicing and warranty of the vehicle, while the agent will be in charge of the sale. Within the DMS, each agent will work as a separate branch, but without seeing the margins and costs of each vehicle.

Additionally, you will be able to:

  • Allow agents to invoice and collect payments on behalf of the dealership, reducing administrative workload.
  • Authorize agents to make payments and submit expense invoices that will be taken by the dealership.
  • Assign units to each agent so that they have their own stock.
  • Transfer funds between cashiers and agents.
  • Allow agents to view the transaction history of each vehicle.
  • Provide access to documentation for each vehicle.
  • Grant access to Tracker CRM (integrated with Autologica Sky DMS) for managing the commercial process.

Parts Agents

There are dealerships and importers that work with parts sales agents (sometimes referred to as resellers), who purchase parts from the dealership.

The agent can access Autologica Sky DMS to:

  • View parts prices and stock levels.
  • Place orders for parts.
  • Track their orders.
  • View a report of Pending Parts.
  • Agents cannot see information related to the dealership’s costs and profit margins.
