To simplify the daily work of each dealership employee, the DMS allows you to set up button panels with shortcuts to the most common tasks: purchases, sales, payments, collections, vouchers, pre-vouchers, and more.
This makes it possible to define different workflows, helping prevent errors and save time.
In front of a customer, the parts salesperson opens the DMS and selects “Estimate” from the button panel, which generates the document needed to complete the quote.
If the customer accepts the quote, the salesperson clicks “Order” (to record the pending item if it’s out of stock) or “Invoice” to finalize the sale.
This way, the entire process takes just a few clicks.
