To simplify the daily work of each dealership employee, Autologica DMS has a Favorites Actions feature, a configurable panel that lets users define all the actions that are part of a process and simplify it in a workflow.
This allows the user to not have to think about the next action to take; the DMS suggests it directly.
For example, a parts salesperson can open their Favorite Actions, click the «Quote» button, and assign the requested parts. If the customer accepts the estimate, the salesperson simply clicks on the «Order» button (if it is necessary to register an out of stock item ) or on «Invoice» to post the sale. The process is done in just a few clicks.
This feature is included in Autologica Sky DMS.
